Hi, I’m Lindsay Craig.
I didn’t set out to work in mortgages, benefits, or HR tech (Except Elvis. Elvis was intentional, because … hello?). Most of what I’ve worked on has been complex by nature: technology, products, and services that aren’t easy to explain at a glance. Over time, I found myself drawn to that kind of challenge. There’s something satisfying about taking something layered and making it feel clear, usable, and well considered.
That same thinking carries into how I lead. I care about building teams where expectations are clear, the work is strong, and people can focus on what matters without unnecessary noise. Structure is critical. So is trust. I believe people do their best work when they have the space to live full lives outside of it.
Becoming a parent sharpened all of this. You start to see how quickly people disengage when something doesn’t make sense, and how powerful it is when it does.
At the end of the day, I’m interested in work that holds up. Work that connects. Work that makes people think, “Oh, that’s smart.”
What I Believe
Clarity beats cleverness
Systems make scale possible
The best work doesn’t come from chaos
Time is a constraint worth protecting
High standards only work if the team is set up to succeed
